What happens once I've paid?
I get a notification that you're in! And you'll get a page pop up that is a short questionnaire. I will need this intel to be able to do the audit so it's super important you submit this info. Once I get that, I get to work.
How is my audit delivered?
It's a personal video recording, around 15 minutes long, made with Loom. You get to watch me go through your account and see exactly what I'm talking about. You'll also get a document summary that acts as an easy reference with my top takeaways. And this all lands in your inbox within 3 business days of paying. Pause it, rewatch it, come back to it whenever you need.
What if I don't agree with what you say?
Totally fine... it's your business and you know it better than anyone. Everything in your audit is based on my experience, and I'll always explain the why behind it. If something doesn't sit right, pop it in an email and I'll talk you through my thinking. Once your audit's delivered the work is done, so it's non-refundable.
What if I have questions after watching it?
Send me all your questions in one email within 7 days of getting your audit, and I'll come back to you with one reply that covers the lot.
Can I pay after my audit?
No, payment must be made upfront. That's what secures the project and starts your 3-business-day turnaround.
Can I pay in stages?
Not for the Insta-Audit. At €197 + VAT, it's paid in full when you book.
Will this be generic feedback on my account?
Absolutely not! Every audit is different, because every wedding pro, business, corner of their Instagram is different. I look at your account and comments and feedback are specific to your business and content.
