These terms apply to the purchase of the Insta-Audit service offered by Zoe Loves Creating, operated by Zoe, registered autónoma in Spain (NIF: Y2863843N). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
The Insta-Audit is a personalised video recording reviewing your Instagram presence. It covers your top findings and 3-5 clear priorities, delivered as a video file you can watch and download at any time. The audit is created specifically for your business. It is not a generic review. It's done by a human!
Payment is taken at the point of purchase via the website, processed securely through Hubsy and Stripe. Your purchase is confirmed by an automated email sent to the address you provide at checkout. All prices are shown in euros and are subject to IVA where applicable.
Once you've purchased, you'll receive an email with a link to a short questionnaire. This gives me the information I need to tailor the audit to your business. Your 48-hour turnaround begins from the moment you submit the completed questionnaire - not from the date of purchase. I can't begin work until I have your answers, so the sooner you submit it, the sooner you get your audit. If you haven't received the questionnaire email, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.
Your audit will be delivered within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving your completed questionnaire. Working hours do not include weekends or Spanish public holidays. If I'm on planned leave, you'll be notified in advance and a revised delivery date will be given. Delivery is via a link to your personalised video recording, sent to the email address provided at purchase.
Where a bonus product is included as part of a current offer, details of how to claim it will be included in your audit delivery email. You have 30 days from the date of that email to claim your bonus. After this window, the offer expires and cannot be reinstated. Bonus products are subject to availability and may change.
Your Insta-Audit purchase may include a credit applicable to a future service. Where this applies, terms and conditions of the credit (including any expiry date) will be communicated at the time of delivery.
Your audit video is created for your personal, private use. You may not share, publish, or distribute the video content publicly in any form, including on social media, websites, or in any promotional material. The content of the audit, including the structure, frameworks, and recommendations, remains the intellectual property of Zoe Loves Creating.
Due to the personalised, time-intensive nature of the Insta-Audit, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once payment has been made. If you have a genuine concern about your audit, please get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.
To complete your audit, I'll need access to your public Instagram profile. You're responsible for ensuring the information provided in your questionnaire is accurate and up to date. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, this may affect the quality or relevance of your audit. I can't be held responsible for an audit based on details you've provided incorrectly.
The Insta-Audit is professional advice based on my expertise and what's visible on your Instagram at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of specific results. Instagram's platform, algorithm, and features change regularly and are outside my control. Results depend on how you act on the recommendations, which is entirely your responsibility.
